Standard Warranty Coverage

All TAV Electric products come with a 1-year factory warranty to ensure that your product is:

  • Free from manufacturing defects
  • Fit for its intended purpose
  • Built to last

If your product has an issue due to a factory defect, we have got you covered.

Wear Parts Limited Warranty

Some parts wear out over time, just like the soles of your favorite sneakers. These include tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, and rotors. For these, we offer a 30-day limited warranty. This means we will cover factory defects, but not normal wear and tear.

Warranty Repairs & Returns

If a product requires repair under warranty:

  • Contact customer support before shipping the product back.
  • The item must remain in its original as-is condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What's Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear (like how jeans fade over time)
  • Improper installation (following the manual matters, just like assembling furniture)
  • Improper maintenance (products need care, just like a car needs servicing)
  • Modifications (changing parts is like rewriting the rules of a game)
  • Accidents or collisions (if it is dropped, crashed, or misused, we cannot help)
  • Neglect or abuse (take care of your product the way you take care of your phone)

Original Owner Only

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is like a movie ticket, non-transferable. If you sell or gift your TAV Electric product, the warranty does not carry over.

How to Claim a Warranty?

To request a warranty service:

  • Contact us at admin@tavsystems.in.
  • Provide proof of purchase (an invoice or receipt)
  • Keep the product assembled as it is when making the claim.
  • Describe the issue clearly so we can help quickly.

Warranty Solutions

If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, we may:

  • Repair it with expert care
  • Replace the defective part
  • Swap the entire product if needed
  • Refund in extreme cases

Remember, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, but we’ll handle the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced product back to you.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or region. The rights provided under Indian Consumer Law stand tall like the Himalayas and cannot be diminished by this warranty.
