At TAV Electric, we understand that not everything works out as expected. Here’s how returns and refunds are handled.

No Returns for Change of Mind

All sales are final. Returns or refunds for a change of mind are not accepted. Before purchasing, carefully review the product specifications to ensure it meets your needs. If a product arrives with a defect that affects its functionality, a resolution will be provided under Indian Consumer Law.

How to Raise a Claim:

  • Contact admin@tavsystems.in as soon as the issue is noticed.
  • Provide a detailed description of the defect.
  • Attach clear photos or videos for assessment.
  • Keep proof of purchase available for verification.

Once the claim is reviewed, an appropriate solution will be provided, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are only issued for defective products and are processed as follows:
  • The claim is carefully reviewed.
  • If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
  • The amount will be reflected in the account within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.

Warranty Repairs & Returns

If a product requires repair under warranty:

  • Contact customer support before shipping the product back.
  • The item must remain in its original as-is condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Wearable parts after 30 days of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to accidents or misuse.
  • Items modified or repaired using aftermarket parts.
