Where it started
From a university lab to
Indian roads
Most conversion kits looked good on paper. Real roads were a different story.
TAV began at Flinders University, South Australia in 2020. While working on electric mobility research, our founders kept hitting the same wall — existing kits weren't designed as complete powertrains. They were accessories.
So we built our own — from first principles. Motor, controller, sensors and mechanical interfaces as one integrated system. Validated on Indian gradients, Indian heat, Indian roads.
